7122-6G系列環(huán)保型無(wú)溶劑絕緣樹(shù)脂
本產(chǎn)品無(wú)氣味、VOC極低，耐熱等級(jí)達(dá)到C級(jí)(200℃)，具有優(yōu)異的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，遠(yuǎn)高于進(jìn)口同類產(chǎn)品，同時(shí)具有優(yōu)異的耐變速箱油、耐電暈、耐局放和耐電痕性能。
本產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于新能源汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)中，尤其適用于800V級(jí)以上驅(qū)動(dòng)平臺(tái)油冷電機(jī)的絕緣浸漬處理。
7122-6G environmentally friendly solvent-free insulation resin
This product has no odor, very low VOC, high heat resistance grade (C grade/200 °C), which has excellent mechanical strength, much higher performance than the similar imported products, and excellent resistance to automatic transmission fluid (ATF), corona, partial discharge and tracking failure.
This product is mainly used in drive motors of electric vehicles, especially suitable for insulation impregnation treatment of oil-cooled motors with drive platforms above 800V level.
